I will be glad to help you with your flower bead order no matter if the flowers are as old as that flower pressed in the family Bible, to the freshest of the fresh!

 

If you are wanting several colors in your item, I will need more flowers than if you just want one color.

I can use most any type of flower.  Mum type flowers do not work as well, sometimes they dry brown. I will not need the stems, which will make shipping them much easier.   However, the leaves of hydrangeas and roses make beautiful beads.  Other green items don't seem to work as well. 

 

As far as the amount you need to send, I would like to have more than enough to pick the best color from. Below is a comparison of the amount needed:

 

 

roses- one rose will make several crosses - roses have so many petals and go a long way

 

sunflowers- I need about 6 of these to do what one rose can do

 

Lots of petals go a long way- the best greenery to use are rose and hydrangea leaves!

 

SHIPPING- VERY IMPORTANT:

 

Some flowers may seem totally dry, but if they are fresh to six months old please package them in paper.  A small box is best, layer the flowers using a paper towel or copy paper.  Sometimes tissue paper does not allow the moisture to absorb.

 

Older flowers can be mailed in a ziplock bag then in an envelope or box.
